I have been with Dr Rivera for almost 20 yrs and birthed 3 children . I was super disappointed with the nurse and the person with her . The nurse did not even introduce who the second person was . They were laughing at my answers and rolling eyes . She even called in the wrong medicine to cvs . When I explained that to her she said “ ok “ did not even apologize. In 20 yrs my worst experience in his office very unprofessional.
The personal at the office is very welcoming and helpful. The contact by phone is excellent! The waiting to see the doctor is not long at all. The doctor really pays attention and cares for your well being. He is great!!
I trust him with my life. He is a great doctor that takes his time and makes sure all your questions are answered. Amazing bedside manners but beyond that a doctor with over 20 years of experience who hears his patients out. Not only an amazing doctor but a kind caring human being. While I had issues with the practice, I stayed because of Doctor Rivera. He delivered my baby. I’m so so grateful for his care.
