Just came home from this facility, and I can say this is one of the best things that could have happened to me. I feel more confident and ready to get the help I needed for a long time. They definitely make a difference In peoples life. The staff are incredibly nice and respectful. The nurses in unit 3 are just angels from above. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Lorena for the exceptional care and kindness she showed me during my hospital stay. Her compassion and dedication to her patients went above and beyond, and she truly made a difference in my day. Lorena's habit of leaving encouraging notes on sticky notes on the door to our rooms for each and every single patient to read every morning and for me it was a highlight of my day. I want to thank the nurse that listened to me. She took the time to help me calm down and told me I was important that she was listening to me and will take care of me. She showed up at a time when I was alone and scared. I was angry and frustrated. And she did everything she said and more to make me feel normal. I can’t recall her name but she’s the pretty Asian woman with the pretty lashes and pretty purple and pink lipstick.
