bought a boat and the salesman was great until after the deal was done. upon delivery of the boat, the trailer was bent and messed up. ive been trying to get in contact with someone regarding this issue for months. horrible service after sale and still have a messed up trailer and boat loads crooked.
Horrible place to buy a boat! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. We bought our boat in March, and we still haven't received the title for it (it's almost August), and we paid in full. My fiance and I haven't been able to boat this summer at all. We have called countless times trying to figure out how to get the title, and they say they will email/call back and never do. Poor communication, told us the pontoon was ready and after a 175 mile trip to pick it up we found out it wasn’t ready...GM told us one story, got a different story from the shop dept.....finance guy told us one interest rate then denied telling us the rate when questioned by another staff member...overall we felt they were dishonest and unfortunately backed away from the purchase. Just got home after our second trip out on lake Minnetonka in our new pontoon. Jared Gumtow is a gem and truly makes River Valley spectacular. We have purchased two Bennington Pontoons from Jared. When we met Jared we had zero experience with boating, he helped us select a pontoon and later upgrade to a larger size. I never knew lake life was so fun. We literally have a permanent grin on our face! Thanks Jared and River Valley for such a great experience. Would highly recommend.
Jarred does a great job here. He seems to know everything about boats. I have known the Woodens for years. Great family and great business.
We have some issues with the delivery date on our new pontoon, but never mind that Jared and Mike got it under control. River valley steps up when the manufacturer drops the ball. Looking like it's going to be a great 4th. Thanks guys.
