Customer service is lacking.
We had a great experience working with Luke and Dave with the purchase of our Centurion. Both went above and beyond before, during and after the purchase.
These guys are the best. Very helpful in every aspect, even for those of us that don't know port from starboard.

Bad after sales service. Sales person I talked to seemed knowledgeable. Financing manager has no idea that he is doing. Any emails or phone calls are ignored.
We shopped around for a new boat for 2 months and Jared, Dave and and Anthony were the best marina to deal with. They have a mobile service department and with a few small items to have taken care of, they were right on it immediately. The Tonka team were really a fresh experience.
