The River Valley Sports experience has been nothing short of incredible. Jarred, Luke and the team have helped us through every step of the way from finding the right boat for our family to teaching us how to tie our dock lines. They're a business that puts the customer first. It truly feels like we have gained a family here on Browns Bay, Lake Minnetonka. We love our Monterey 278 SS!
Buying experience was okay. But once I gave them the check, I cannot get them to respond. I have some very minor issues with my Monterey 224FS. But for some reason calls and emails go un answered and un returned. I contacted the General Sales manager .... we'll see if that makes a difference.
I wouldn't buy a God Damn thing from these jokers! "Paul The Manager" tells you that the boat comes with a five year warranty and when my buddy got his paperwork in the mail, it was actually a three year warranty. Where is the customer service to rectify this issue?
