Stay FAR, FAR away from this place!!! What a joke! Husband was misdiagnosed, no testing done what so ever. He had to ask for testing to be done. Next time we will HAPPILY spend our day in the ER at our normal hospital to make sure we get the proper care. Never again will we step foot in this place. “The test is expensive.” Is what he was told. Well that’s why we have insurance and that test should be an option that the patient can say yes or no too with the proper information provided.
My 4 year old was there with high fevers. They said it was a virus let it run it course. Okay, I can do that. 3 days later her grandmother took her to the ER and it’s the same ear infection she had when we were there a week ago.
bad place. went in got seen. only ask for 2 urine sample never got checked out to see what was wrong. and never called me back to tell me if anything was wrong. cost over $3000. to pee in a cup.

Whenever I go to this Urgent care, their customer service is awful! I came here last week with an issue, apparently bronquites. They medicated me with antibiotics and other prescriptions. Now I come back with the same issue, and they want to bill me again??? I am sorry. In addition to this, the place this time was empty but the customer service was having side conversations with other staff members and the minute I approached, she grabbed the phone to call out and “finish what she was doing” while I was waiting. doctors are nice even if they dont know what's wrong. I have never met such disrespectful nurses though in my life!!
