I questioned how a tooth can flex halfway up the tooth and cause a filling to fall out after 2.5 weeks. Now I am not a dentist, but I do understand bone structure and materials engineering. I am not sure why having a patient question why every time a filling falls out, or a crown comes off your recommendation is the most expensive possible option, and I need a night guard. I recently switched over to River Valley from a different dental office due to a move to Ooltewah and absolutely love it! The entire space is very new/updated and very inviting and calming. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and professional. I always feel very welcomed and taken care of. They are very good at explaining everything to you and I am usually in and out pretty quick. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I recently visited River Valley Dental in Ooltewah for a routine cleaning. The staff was very friendly, helpful and thorough. The office is inviting and comfortable. There was no wait and I was able to get an appointment easily. I’ve experienced dentists in the past that have recommended unnecessary procedures and work. We discussed a problem crown but decided unless I felt it necessary it was fine to leave for now. I highly recommend and I will return!

I had an emergency dental situation come up Wednesday night with a damaged tooth. River Valley got me in at 7:30 Thursday morning with Dr. Hammontree. He was able to evaluate my issue, allow me to contemplate my situation, provide me with pricing options, and perform the procedure with fantastic results. I came in with an emergency and have now found a dentist for everything I need. I highly recommend River Valley Dentistry to everyone!
