Kent and Shelly are an awesome combo that care a lot about their patients. Not only do they work hard to make me physically feel better with whatever aches and pains I’m experiencing, they care about me on a personal level, which means a lot to me. I have struggled with shoulder and neck pain issues for the last several years. After going to physiotherapy and not getting much relief, I decided to give River Valley Chiropractic a shot and I'm glad I gave them a try. Through massages and needling sessions, Kent and Shelley tackled my pain points and I've had much relief since then! I've been able to do my day to day activities without feeling pain and discomfort thanks to their commitment to helping me feel good!
I have been dealing with tennis elbow for 6 months. It has gotten bad enough that I couldnt lift a plate without pain and weakness in the arm. Kent recommended dry needeling and I was skeptical to say the least. After two sessions and two weeks later. My arm is back to normal. Thanks to Kent and Shelley.

I can’t say enough good things about Kent, Shelley and Susan. I’ve been seeing them for years for regular chiropractic care. They squeeze me in when ever I have a migraine and help with any injury *cough* I get myself into. From massage to acupuncture, nutrition to exercises modified to fit me this is my one stop shop for total body health.
