Fail! High pressure sales the moment you walk in the lobby. Front desk was useless in getting us the room we reserved. Housekeeping did a poor job and really the place is a dump. Paint peeling. And in our building they held a prom which right outside our door! Save your money and go somewhere else! We won’t be back
The jetted tub in our bathroom did not work, the pull out couch was so uncomfortable my children did not sleep for the entire trip. We could hardly enjoy the pool for all the guests that were smoking around the outside of the fence. We were told the pool was heated but it was so cold we could hardly swim. Definitely did not feel family friendly.
You shouldn’t ring ppls ph off in the mornings wanting them to move their vehicle for a bus that is coming at 5 in the afternoon Js
This was my first time staying here, and it was wonderful! Clean, spacious, and an extremely friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again.
Location was excellent and the ladies from the night shift were very nice. In my opinion the beds were comfortable and big enough for my husband and me to sleep with 3 of our kids each. Considering that both my husband and I are overweight and our triplets are 6 and our youngest 3, big enough beds. The towels were arranged nicely and the pillows were comfortable. The balcony was ok. The front desk was told the previous occupant left a toe nail in the bedding. More than three hours later, still ZERO response. #fail #healthconcerns #nasty
