I lived here for 3 years and felt very safe and taken care of. Molly the assistant manager is very understanding and helpful when you need it most. Maintenance is also very flexible, kind, communicative, and they do a great job. I don’t think this apartment has any more issues than most complexes as far as fees and bs - and that’s on the owners not the staff. I believe my review is valid because I have lived here for over two years . People: Most people are nice and friendly (not all). However, you may be fighting with the neighbors upstairs because the walls are thin. Molly & Team: She is great and very helpful! Most of the leasing team is nice, but I had some back-and-forth with the maintenance team before. (I don't back down lol ) Sometimes they can be cranky about what is considered an emergency. I’m extremely appreciative of the staff here! The front office is friendly and caring. The maintenance staff are about the coolest people you could hope to meet. The property manager is personable and truly cares about your quality of life. I’ll be building a house soon, but as long as I’m renting an apartment, I’ll be at here!
