Delivery driver here, this place is a navigation nightmare. It took me 20 minutes to find the building I was looking for because the signs of building numbers are either very hard to see since they're really high up for whatever reason or covered by trees or some are faded. I ultimately lost half of my pay due to lateness and into trouble for the lateness. It has been a few days over a month since we moved in. This was my daughter’s first apartment and first time living on her own. Jacob Flores our leasing agent was amazing and has been since we moved in. He was helpful to answer all questions and give advice on moving in. He was one of the main reasons why we felt so comfortable on picking Riverstone Ranch. The apartment has nice upgrades and finishes and is very spacious for a one bedroom. I was given a tour of the property by Ms. Mersadies Spradlin, Leasing Consultant. She was very professional, polite, and patient with me. She provided excellent Customer Service and represents the front office exceptionally. River Stone Ranch is beautiful! It's quiet and the apartments gives the feeling of a resort. I definitely look forward to becoming a future resident!
I just signed my lease, so I can't speak yet for living at the property, but Mersadies in the front office has been *stellar* throughout the tour and application process. She has been warm and friendly yet professional and efficient, and I was especially impressed by the thought she put (without my asking her to) into which areas of the complex would best suit my needs - such a refreshing change from the "one size fits all once you decide on a floorplan" approach.
