I don't think i have many positives besides the free covered parking and space of esthe apartment. Poor pest control management, poor service requests completion, always something or another inconvenience with parking within the premises. Something needs to change. They have a rodents and cockroaches in most of these apartments and the pest control team have had little to no help in fixing this issue. The amenities and pool is the only saving grace as well, but this place does not take care of it's apartments.
Enjoy living here! It’s my second year and I love the area, the neighbors are nice and the environment is good. I always get helpful feedback from the front office and Mercadies has always been a big help in any questions I have!
Delivery driver here, this place is a navigation nightmare. It took me 20 minutes to find the building I was looking for because the signs of building numbers are either very hard to see since they're really high up for whatever reason or covered by trees or some are faded. I ultimately lost half of my pay due to lateness and into trouble for the lateness. It has been a few days over a month since we moved in. This was my daughter’s first apartment and first time living on her own. Jacob Flores our leasing agent was amazing and has been since we moved in. He was helpful to answer all questions and give advice on moving in. He was one of the main reasons why we felt so comfortable on picking Riverstone Ranch. The apartment has nice upgrades and finishes and is very spacious for a one bedroom.
