I was given a tour of the property by Ms. Mersadies Spradlin, Leasing Consultant. She was very professional, polite, and patient with me. She provided excellent Customer Service and represents the front office exceptionally. River Stone Ranch is beautiful! It's quiet and the apartments gives the feeling of a resort. I definitely look forward to becoming a future resident!
I just signed my lease, so I can't speak yet for living at the property, but Mersadies in the front office has been *stellar* throughout the tour and application process. She has been warm and friendly yet professional and efficient, and I was especially impressed by the thought she put (without my asking her to) into which areas of the complex would best suit my needs - such a refreshing change from the "one size fits all once you decide on a floorplan" approach.
