Very friendly and welcoming staff, great amenities
They turn the water off in my building every week and poorly communicate about it in the process. After neglecting the property for years they’ve attempted to replace and repair things (minimally of course) to try to charge more but it’s still old and they don’t maintain things properly, resulting in problems for the residents.
Jacob gave a great tour and was very helpful!
Quiet neighborhood. Good maintenance. Property manager is very helpful. There's violet crown trail behind the apartment, which is nice to walk on.
I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 years now. I genuinely love living here. I love Sunset Valley, I’m friends with lots of my neighbors, and I love my little apartment. I’m moving out soon and, my gorgeous wood burning fireplace is going to be dearly missed. I’m also going to miss working with Mersadies. She is WONDERFUL. Go straight to her. She’ll help you with any issues. Avoid Joey. Great little community, and they do a good job making little improvements all around the complex. I love/loved living here.
