Nice property area. Larger square footage compared to apartments in town. Ongoing issues with other tenants, who didn’t adhere to apartment rules. Wish I could grant more stars, but things turned south. There is no true maintenance to come fix stuff. Had water leaking in, which was never fixed correctly. Management was awful. Apartment owner should not be in that position when you lack such poor communication skills and genuine consideration for clients. Barged into our property, uncalled for, during a “water check”. Great place to live, it's kept very clean inside the building and out. Liz, the on-site manager, is fantastic to work with. Great communication, got back to me with any questions I had and overall a very nice and pleasant person. The folks that live in the other units are super nice and friendly as well. I know that this can't be controlled by River Ridge but it's just nice to live among good people.
Liz the on-site manager is the reason why we gave River Ridge one star. She is very unprofessional with horrible communication skills. She never took care of things in a timely manner. For example we requested the office number and after days of numerous attempts of reaching out to her she still never responded. I would recommend getting another on-site manager.
Great apartments, nice privacy, and our manager, Liz is the greatest!!
