Great place to live, it's kept very clean inside the building and out. Liz, the on-site manager, is fantastic to work with. Great communication, got back to me with any questions I had and overall a very nice and pleasant person. The folks that live in the other units are super nice and friendly as well. I know that this can't be controlled by River Ridge but it's just nice to live among good people.
Liz the on-site manager is the reason why we gave River Ridge one star. She is very unprofessional with horrible communication skills. She never took care of things in a timely manner. For example we requested the office number and after days of numerous attempts of reaching out to her she still never responded. I would recommend getting another on-site manager.
Great apartments, nice privacy, and our manager, Liz is the greatest!!
