I recently tried to apply to live here and I spent $65 on an application that I got no response for a week until after I messaged and asked, only then did I learn the unit I wanted was rented which is weird because I was there the other day and there was condensation all over the sliding glass doors, Clearly not being lived in. On top of that, two more units have came available since then on the actual website and I requested an application and a tour for those units as well and was told but there were no units available. I'm fairly new here and I actually think this apartment is amazing really fair with pricing and very large, the land lord lady she is good with communication if there's an issue or just like circumstances she is more than understanding she works things out with you she gives you time frames it's really nice!!! And she emails about everything I work such a chaotic shift sometimes I get off 1:00 a.m. sometimes I get off 3:00 p.m. and she sends emails which is great cuz I can look at those and know what's going on.

I just moved into my apartment and I love it! I cannot get over how spacious the unit is. I'm looking forward to making it all cozy and calling it "home" for the next year.

Nice property area. Larger square footage compared to apartments in town. Ongoing issues with other tenants, who didn’t adhere to apartment rules. Wish I could grant more stars, but things turned south. There is no true maintenance to come fix stuff. Had water leaking in, which was never fixed correctly. Management was awful. Apartment owner should not be in that position when you lack such poor communication skills and genuine consideration for clients. Barged into our property, uncalled for, during a “water check”.
