This used to be a great place to live but after the new company took over two years ago, things changed. - What looked like the DEA raided the building across from mine twice in two years. - Three cars were stolen. - There are drug dealers in the woods behind building 110. - A drunk man urinated in front of me at 8:00 PM on a weekday. - Stuff was stolen out of our neighbor's cars and an employee recommended I don't park in that part of the parking lot. - There was an animal horder in my building with ~500 mice and ~50 birds.... read more
I moved here last Dec. I have several issues preventing me from leaving a 5-star review. The #1 reason is ROACHES! My building has roaches in the hallways and other residents in other buildings have said they’ve also found them in their apartments/hallways of the building. This is indication of an INFESTATION! I love my apartment!! It’s cute and cozy, with a separate area for a small office, a fireplace, and a huge dining room where I love to entertain! I have my own in-unit washer and dryer, which is a huge plus in apartment living. My apartment is unique - it isn’t a cookie-cutter open floor plan that is so prevalent these days.
