I have been here a week. Everyone has been great. Any questions I have are answer and any problems maintence is right here to help. The location is great and I love the ducks. Now just need to finish unpacking.
I did not rate good. They are crooks and will find a way to keep your cleaning deposit no matter how clean you leave it. Do not rent here.
Love my apartment, unfortunately with new owners higher rent is forcing me to move when my lease ends. Seems money is more important to new owners than people who take care of their apartment and pay rent on time.
Never moving. These apartments are on point. Great location, beautiful, well priced, well maintained, friendly people, and beautiful view!
