This place is a joke. This place will fine you for almost anything. They renovated their apartments but the work is extremely poor. The AC doesn't cool.the rooms at all. You'll have the living room cooled but roasting in the rooms. The worst part about this place is the lease renewal options. They want us to renew before our lease is up. If we sign the renewal within a week, our rent will go up $120 a month. If we sign up after a week, it's goes up $200. If we don't sign the lease, they will charge us $7000 a month. Also, please notify us if you would like us to fix the vents in your rooms since we have not gotten a request to fix this issue since last fall when our vendor took care if the first request. Thanks

We’ve only been here a few weeks but got one of the newly renovated “modern” floor plans. We love the finishes, especially the floors!! We’re right in a little cove of apartments that have other families with young kids (we have a 2 year old) and the place is pet friendly. We love the location right next to the greenbelt, river, library, post office, shopping, breweries, and more.
