The Gates to the Pool and fitness area are always broken so you can not use them except during office hours! The Staff is RUDE and VERY Disrespectful to Renters! After I moved out they kept my $1000 deposit and tried coming at me for an additional $600. So don't expect to get your deposit back! My recommendation is to find a different place to rent! This is a Bad Place!.
I absolutely love it here! It's very cozy and clean. This is my husband and i's first place together and we are in LOVE!! Especially because it is pet friendly and we are right on the river. The community is super friendly and the ladies in the office are super helpful. Maintenance is always responsive and very helpful as well. You truly do get a good deal on renting for this kind of community. �
Very nice location, but sometimes (most times) difficult to contact the front office (though when you do get ahold of them, they are pretty friendly), seem to constantly be doing some sort of construction or work around the apartments (maybe a good thing, it just seemed like there was always something), and the prices are going up fast.
staff pleasant, helpful. they have gone beyond their job description several time for me.
