If you can help it do not move in here! Never had any issues till recently now there are roaches running thru the hallway and into my apartment. I’ve notified property management on several occasions but the only answer is they will notify the pest control company which hasn’t seemed to work at all. The place is a complete disappointment elevators breaking down weekly it seems and unclean hallways stair wells and public areas. I love living here, and yes the parking out front is a mess BUT there is side street parking as well as a garage you can pay for. The neighbors in the building are kind, the maintenance staff is hard working, and management keeps things flowing. I can see myself living here a long while.
There is never any parking at all the rent for a one bedroom is outrageous mostly everyone that has a dog there don't socialize there pets the management don't fix anything in the apartment until the last minute if they fix it at all there's bed bugs and roaches that are on every floor you can find just about any kind of drug you want in there and just to park in there garage it's an extra 100$ on the rent that's why I'm moving my mother in law out of that place before it kills her cause in the winter time if your heater is ... read more
terrible managment, horrible parking, horrible maintenence, negative 1 starr.
This is an awful place. No stars would be ideal, but that's not possible apparently.
