I try to not write poor reviews, but had to visit the facility 4 times and have 5 calls with customer service to gain access to my unit. Proper information was never provided via email or phone call. Asked for a phone call from the owner or manager, but never received. I think providing your customers with literally the bare minimum (access to unit) isn't too much to ask for.
I’ve been keeping a couple things here for gardening and mario hasn’t had a problem with us at all and always a good guy and won’t disturb you. A couple different options in sizing for self storage are offered here and have no complaints, you won’t be bothered at all here, very calm place.
Mario has been very attentive with us , it gives the confidence to be able to ask and have a good answer back , good attitude !!
Mario has been helping me with my auto pay as I’ve been having trouble with my credit cards! Since we started here 2 years ago any trouble we’ve had he’s been able to assist so quickly! If you guys have a business and need reliable units this is the spot!
