In the last few days, there was a major water disaster in my home. I had heard about River Park Place from a friend who had moved there this past December. I walked in the same day of the disaster, and immediately felt at home and taken care of. Mindy and Stacey took charge and have me scheduled to move in the end of April. The apartment itself is nice, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service at River Park Place. When our heating system broke down, we were left in the cold for three days because maintenance does not work on weekends. The temperature in our apartment dropped to just above 50°F, but we were ignored because "it’s not critical." Sorry, but paying rent and freezing in our own apartment is completely unacceptable.
