I have been at River Park Place for exactly two weeks now and I love it. When the signs say Remodeled on the side Walk, they are legit remodeled. It's quiet and the administration is communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The maintenance team has been equally awesome and it's more than one person. I think I'm going to love it here! My only complaint is the limited number of visitor parking spots. I have no intentions of leaving anytime soon!
I toured this apartment a few days ago with Autumn. She was so helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was a great tour that didn't feel rushed, and the apartment was beautiful. Ultimately, I decided to live in a different neighborhood, but I would recommend this complex to anyone who is considering the River Park area.
River Park Place has been a dream come true when it comes to housing. The property is well maintained, they’ve even repainted the buildings and power washed the parking lots! The pool is always well maintained, the gym is always clean and the equipment is in perfect shape. The staff here are very professional and kind, maintenance is always quick to respond whether it’s your water heater acting up or you just need an air filter replaced.
