RecommendedManagement is very professional and caring. The living environment is peaceful and I really enjoy living here. Pet friendly, gym is nice plus any repairs are handled properly. This is one of the nicest complex. Great place to call home.
The amount paid in rent you do not get “luxury” living. I rented for nearly 3 years and saw a steady decline in the quality of people living there not to mention random groups of people hanging out in what’s supposed to be a gated property at all hours of the night to the point I no longer felt comfortable having my children present and made the decision to leave and I am now being hit with fines from the small print because I did not hold up my end of the deal which I can understand but this apartment complex also did not h... read more
We have lived here for over six months and we are in love. The apartments are up to date and very clean. The bathrooms are spacious and elegant, especially the master bathroom! The apartments unlike most are very spacious in the fact that you can enjoy having a dining room and a living room even with an open floor concept. The management is always friendly and if we have a problem it is usually fixed within the day or the next. A very friendly community to temporarily move into. We will definitely be renewing our lease.
River Park is one the best in McComb. The apartments are nice, clean and spacious! They're Pet friendly, have a nice size pool and gated. The staff is great too! The manager Mrs. Debbie always makes me smile. The maintenance guys always speak like they've known you for years, like family! Great Place!
I’ve been living at Riverpark Apartments for nearly 2 years and it has been wonderful. I visited several other rental properties and knew immediately when I walked in the doors that this is where I wanted to live. Mrs Debbie and the entire staff have been so good to me and that means a lot. The pool area is beautiful and the gym has great equipment. If you are looking for a new place to call home then look no further! I have not regretted my decision to live here and plan to renew my lease to stay.
Riverpark is amazing. We absolutely love it from our friendly neighbors and awesome staff it has been a welcome addition to the Mccomb area. Affordable housing in beautiful apartments is hard to come by and this place has it all. From a gym and a pool as well as being pet friendly they have brought us in and made us feel like part of the family. The staff especially do a wonderful job and we are so thankful for them!
Keep Going!! rent from somewhere else.. until they could get rid of the old lady that runs the place.. it’s a shame you will have to pay all that money for rent and can’t live comfortably.. we can’t even vist our mom with out getting harassed.. then when we asked for the head people number she changed.. tried to act nice.. then told my sister she would be glad when they moved..my mom pays rent just like everyone else but the only one that get treated wrong. River Park is amazing. The ladies in the office go above and beyond for the residents and the maintenance staff is always right on top of any problems that may pop up. Even the other people who live here are great, I’ve never had a single problem with anything since living here.
River park apartments is the best place to live friendly people beautiful pets and lots of kids having fun and to all the negative comments and people they don’t know what they’re talking about and like a lot of humans there are a lot of liars that only tell there truth and not the whole truth but regardless of what people say this is a great place to live and it is safe and the property manager Mrs. Debbie is fantastic
