So we just moved out of these apartments please please do not moving them it was disgusting when we moved but we thought we can do anything for a year you will not get your deposit back for anything and then they try to add expenses for you at the end when they're stove was so disgusting and only two burners work and had no temperature on the oven it was disgusting the dishwasher stuck out everything's very old and outdated cockroach heaven do not move there these people are ridiculous 😔
Where to start, my daughter and I moved in this complex in October of 2022, rent was around 809.00 her and I split it. I paid my pet deposit and all was good.Anyways I had no roaches in that apartment it was great, never had any issues with the office people at that time either. Then my daughter moved out I couldn't afford the rent so management put me in a cheaper apartment I paid 639 a month, and they told me I didn't have to pay a pet deposit cause they weren't doing that anymore they were just charging monthly pet rent o... read more
