Absolutely gorgeous property and the staff is top notch!! Huge shout out to the new property manager, Sherri Stewart, who knew exactly what I was looking for in apartment living. Super excited about moving in!!
Disappointing experience with the management! The AC stopped working on a scorching hot day (99°F) and they still haven’t showed up. When I called to follow up, the response was unapologetic and dismissive, citing multiple AC units were broken and they'd get to it "one by one". No sense of urgency or concern for residents' comfort. Unacceptable for a service request marked as "emergency". Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I am beyond disappointed with this apartment complex. I am paying for a so-called “renovated” unit, yet nothing has been properly maintained since I moved in. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and called the office repeatedly, and still, nothing has been fixed. It’s been one excuse after another. No follow-up. No accountability. And definitely no sense of urgency. I’m tired of paying rent for a unit that’s not safe or livable. If you’re considering moving here—DONT. Save yourself the stress.
