When I called to follow up, the response was unapologetic and dismissive, citing multiple AC units were broken and they'd get to it "one by one". I am beyond disappointed with this apartment complex. I am paying for a so-called “renovated” unit, yet nothing has been properly maintained since I moved in. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and called the office repeatedly, and still, nothing has been fixed. It’s been one excuse after another. No follow-up. No accountability. And definitely no sense of urgency. I’m tired of paying rent for a unit that’s not safe or livable. If you’re considering moving here—DONT. Save yourself the stress.
