TIRES STOLEN!!! So glad to not have to deal with this awful staff ever again. Had all four tires stolen off my car over Father’s Day weekend. Filed a police report and claim with insurance Saturday, received notice from the leasing office Monday morning that if the car didn’t get tires immediately they would tow it. I have been living here for over a year now and Anna has really been on top of things she always makes sure the process is smooth and she’s really sweet and great at her job.
Problems with the management team.
