Please save yourself the headache and trouble and do not rent here. Find yourself something with better and with quality. This is not the place to settle for at all. I’ve lived here since 09/2022 and it’s not a good place at all. This new management company is worse than the last one. Please don’t waste your peace or time here. RUN.
I just moved here a couple months ago and I feel really safe in my building and in the neighborhood! The built-in shelves in the apartments are nice to have. I'm so glad I was able to find these apartments, the leasing agent Claudia, who toured me, was so kind and helpful
Unfortunately I just signed a lease here. I have lived here FOR LESS THAN 30 days!!, and i have had nothing but problems. The tub faucet has been leaking since i moved in 3 maintenance requests and its still leaking. The shower doesnt get hot water, but they at least fixed that, the toilet runs and runs all day (also 3 maintenance requests) i ended up fixing it myself. Do not rent here! Apts not taken care of, very old, ugly gray color, small and very little cupboard/closet space. Popcorn ceilings (asbestos), small bathroom with toilet very close to tub, bathtub is a joke very tiny, kitchen ceiling extremely low I can touch it and I am 5'8", appliances old/black color, kitchen very small like a cave, carpet very cheap, washer/dryer you have to rent and is located on the patio (going outside to do laundry is crazy), windows old not insulated and barely open/close. Samantha is the best!! They just changed over management before my move in date and, she has been very consistent with communication and making sure I’m ready to move in.
