Great staff, very helpful when I have questions. Close to campus which is great for when I walk to class. When i have free time I love going to the pool, which is always very clean.
STAT AWAY! This year, river park over booked their 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments by 10 people. They told me that it was a data problem, and their only solution was to offer me a 2 bed 1 bath for $200 more a month. They offered to waive the parking fees and residence life fees, but couldn't give me my original price. The only good thing I have to say about them is that they are letting me out of my lease to live somewhere else, but it was extremely difficult finding a place to live with 2 months notice in our budget. Rude and dishonest management. Stay away if your trying to sub-lease month to month from a current tenant. Truly one of the worst experience I have had dealing with a management company. They will do a hard hit on your credit report even if your are sub-leasing from current tenant. They will tell you that all payments for rent are between you and the tenant your are sub-leasing from. Then later ask for your income statements and W-2's from last year. They will do a full credit and background check like you are going to lease... read more
