i love River Park! everyone here is so kind and helpful! i would recommend living here to everyone!
Simply infuriated today. Once again there is only one washer and one dryer operating for the WHOLE building! I’ve lived here for two years and this is an amenity they advertise as convenience for every floor of every building and trust me it’s been nothing but a constant hassle the past two years. On top of them never working when they do work half the time they eat your money and don’t even turn on, so you’re forced to put in more money. Not a fan.
I’ve been calling river parks maintenance office since July 2017 about not functioning washers and dryers and it is now March 2018 with nothing being done about them. If your moving into building 34 be warned that the washer on 5, both washer and dryers on 4 and the dryer on 3 all do not function. This is an amenity that we pay for and they advertise as being one of the perks but not when your fighting your neighbors just to get laundry done. I just had the most ridiculous experience with River Park. Our building fire alarm went off at 1:50am, but I was not awoken from the alarm I was sound asleep because the alarms are not audible form our unit. I was lucky to have a roommate who was awake playing video games and heard the alarm because his window was open. He looked outside to see if it was a different building because the sound of the alarm was so faint in our actually unit. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer all included. Parking Pass is included and the complex has an outdoor swimming pool. Extremely overpriced, the staff is super unhelpful, carpets are dirty, and there is no water pressure that is if you have running water that day. I don't think they ever clean the pool because it's always filled with hair. Depending on what floor you are on your apartment will either be 90 degrees or 30 degrees at all times. If you resign to live there again they will raise your rent. I'd rather live in a cardboard box. Oh and by the way, the only people who are giving 5 star ratings work in the riverpark office.
