Looking forward to moving from here as soon as my lease is up. I've lived here for a year and a half and have never had an issue paying my rent. The one time I asked for a little grace because my work hours changed, I was told they would move forward with an eviction anyway. Very good apartment complex, it was quiet and no disturbances that I can recollect. The management team is great and they’re very professional. Maintenance is on point and pretty quick with all maintenance requests. I would recommend this apartment . Thank you westmount team!
It is difficult to report anything positive when year after year you fill out the questionnaire stating what is important to you. "Pool Access." BH management has had the pool closed since end of April. Tomorrow, they are restriping the parking lot. I have seen some new plants put out at the pool, while all gates locked without explanation.
just a delivery man looking for an imaginary apartment. decided to go find help in the leasing office, 2 very kind ladies helped me navigate my way. might even consider staying here...who know🤷
