I would not recommend the River Oaks West Apartments to anyone! I am in my second day of tenancy and already having maintenance problems that should have been identified before the apartment was made available an irresponsible maintenance crew that is more concerned with watching the clock than fixing problems and taking care of the customer, and a front office dictating what comfort should mean to you. Don't do it! Keep driving, look somewhere else. From start to finish these people will take every penny you have in hidden charges (especially when you are leaving). Firstly the apartments look NOTHING like the ones on the website. The more expensive larger apartments are nice at first glance but on closer inspection they are very cheaply put together.
