The appointment The appointment process was quick. They got it done on time, well, kind of. It was supposed to get a LOF and tire rotation. But when I got there the guy tried to tell me, "we measured all the tires and the wear is perfect. No need to rotate". Well, I am not a mechanic, but I am an Engineer and I really don't think there is a simple way to take 3 or 4 measurements and say, the wear is perfect. I needed quite I needed quite a bit of work done on my Pathfinder and for the first time, went somewhere other than the dealer. I feel like I am driving a new vehicle now! I can't believe what a difference it has made having my car in tip-top condition for an older vehicle. Thanks to ROA, my car is a pleasure to drive, once again!

GREAT PERSON This place is awesome--they stayed open an extra hour to fix my car--I got two new tires and a new belt. They also fixed some other things (a rubber tube that stuck out, added more brake fluid, etc) and didn't charge me extra. I had a small leak that they told me would have cost $1600 to fix, and they said they it wasn't worth the money to get it fixed so they told me not to.
