Excellent service The service area, partially visible from the waiting room, appears sparkling clean. The service itself was excellent, with certain extra items suggested with no high-pressure to purchase. A request for an estimate on some body work was given in minutes; it was reasonable...and, again, there ws no pressure to purchase. My husband and I My husband and I have patronized River Oaks Automotive Center for many years now with no complaints whatsoever. Whether its a simple state inspection or finding that troublesome "intermittent" problem, ROAC can do it all. I have taken a wide variety of cars& SUV's to them over the years and I have yet to present them something they couldn't fix.
Friendly service Good service. Friendly. Honest. Only thing that could use improvement is to remember to call me when parts come in.
I was especially glad I was especially glad to have had my brake work done in your shop when some jerk made an improper lane change and my car stopped less than a yard from his bumper. The brakes work fine! Thanks gentlemen!
