As a long term customer As a long term customer I continue to be pleased with your approach to services, but am often times surprised that an additional visit must be made after a service call. For example after my last service call on my Honda, I had to return within 2 minutes as the fluid cable for the brakes had broken. I think that this may have occurred during the service work but your team still charged me a significant fee to repair the item. great service This place is awesome--they stayed open an extra hour to fix my car--I got two new tires and a new belt. They also fixed some other things (a rubber tube that stuck out, added more brake fluid, etc) and didn't charge me extra. I had a small leak that they told me would have cost $1600 to fix, and they said they it wasn't worth the money to get it fixed so they told me not to. Technician was Honest I liked that the technician was honest about what repairs needed to be done immediately, and which ones I could put off for a couple of months.
