The apartment complex is very well maintained. It’s clean, quiet, and located in a convenient area close to everything. The prices are reasonable, and the community has a nice, family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Мы живём с семьёй здесь второй год . Нас всё устраивает: чистота, коммуникация с менеджером, всегда получаем отклик и если есть поломки, то быстро чинят/исправляют. Спасибо управляющей компании особенно нашему менеджеру аппартов, Оксане и мастеру на все руки (handyman) Виталию. Приятно жить здесь, очень чувствуется, что всё делается для жильцов, стараются сделать жизнь более комфортной. Общаемся с нашими соседями и они тоже довольны жизнью в данном комплексе.
Need better property management
I lived here for 3 years while I was a student in college. River Oaks is terrible. I can relate to most of the reviews on here. There were cockroaches falling out of the vents and light fixtures often. There was always trash on the ground by the dumpsters. The gate is always open for anyone to enter. Cars would get broken into in the parking lot. The area is high crime and I heard gun shots on multiple occasions. The list goes on. The costs is a little lower than other places, but not worth it.
