RecommendedExcellent location during Hurricane season. Haven't lost power in the 5 years I have lived here. I've also never experienced any property damage. The view of the river is amazing and you can see the numerous fireworks display.
I’ve lived in River Landing Apartments for a little over 4 years now and love the area and its proximity to everything. Management team now is the best. Seeing things change for the better. It makes a difference when you have Management that cares.
Great place to live. We relocated and to the area and they have made sure that everything was correct with our apartment and even helped us move in. we love it here. living on the waterway and being able to relax and knowing that our daughters are safe growing up here. Great staff and maintenance. Everything is well maintained
I was very displeased with this neighborhood for a long time, but since they’ve gotten new community office employees I have seen lots of improvement. Things are getting taken care of faster, the neighborhood looks nicer and I no longer have to wait weeks to get one simple thing fixed.

What a dump. The presence of your building's is horrible. The apartments look great until u step into one. I wouldn't live there. Broken things inside they smell and I noticed cock roaches living there black mold growing. Just pitiful. Let the roaches live there because I sure wouldn't.
Terrible place to live. Don’t know how to manage this place at all. Money hungry is all they are! Don’t give 24 your notice for things getting done in the complex. Terrible!
