RecommendedRiver Landing apartments is accessible to everything including schools and very reasonable rent compared to others. Beautiful apartments and well maintained grounds.
I lived here in 2017, and one morning while I was asleep my door was abruptly kicked in by a strange man looking for someone that owed him money (he had the wrong apartment). I filed a police report and never stayed another night in that apartment ever again. I was let out of my lease early due to this event and moved out a few weeks later. Absolutely unbelievable disrespect and slander by this company. Of course it was AFTER they got the 523 dollar security deposit. They will not follow up with you, they will have an attitude on the phone and they will treat you like dirt on their shoe. Do NOT move here.

It's a great place to live..beautiful, well-cared for property and wonderful staff. They give it all they've got to make your life here easier! Every time I've requested for work to be done or have a concern, they get it done immediately...I love living here!
I am new to this community and I have felt very well, I like the place it is very beautiful and it is very clean and tidy, I recommend it for people looking to live well.

the age.artment is old and the appliances are showing there age stuff breaks and they never fix it.
It has a beautiful view and wonderful neighbors. Everything is quiet. And the waterfront is kept clean. My boyfriend and I really enjoy our apartment here and the staff has been really nice. It really is a nice place to live
