Excellent service and quality, and the front office staff are wonderful to work with!
The eye doctor at River Lake was great. Very nice and thorough. Unfortunately the woman who works in the eye glasses clinic ruined our experience. My 9yr old needed glasses (for the first time) and ended up breaking the frames 3 times in a year (one time she also broke her wrist). The woman at River Lake shamed my daughter each time and demanded she explain why the glasses kept breaking. It got to the point where we dreaded going in.
