Great staff, pet friendly with reasonable prices in a very nice area close to downtown. Move in was quick too. Got approved and the keys in a day.
Spiking the rent, and making utilities not part of rent anymore, maintenance is horrid and will take days or weeks to fix your problem along with removing the month to month lease to 3-9 month terms thats making tennets "compete" for cause they are "limited" Please find another apartment
Great place for me. Safe...secure...convenient. Someone posted a bogus rating in my name. I am NOW rating River Hill Flats at a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10...10 being ideal. I've lived her for 7 months. I adore my little flat. The management is wonderful and if I need maintenance he is on the spot ready to help. I hope we have a long and productive relationship. Thanks River Hill Flats. I have lived here for over four years now and have loved it! Wanda in the office is so sweet and kind and does an amazing job! I love the renovations that are happening and am excited to see what else our new owners are going to do. I have always felt safe here. Never had any pest issues. No theft. No car breaking in. It has been an ideal living situation. Love this place and have no plans of leaving any time soon!
Been living here for 8 months, amazing management really fast responsive repairmen, it's dog friendly which is amazing and it's really close to downtown it's a quiet place lots of people always outside!
