Doctor was great, very friendly but I missed one apt and because I missed that apt they wanna say I can't schedule another appointment for 6 months when the tooth is infected? Looks like I'm finding a new dr
2 years I've called and they don't accept new patients for a simple cleaning?? Makes no sense.
I USE to go to River Hills as my primary dentistry. First off, they never answer their phone or call you back. Now, since I haven't used them in three years I am no longer a patient and they are not accepting any new patients. I live out of town and cannot use them for every little thing. I am upset because I liked my dentist there and how he worked with me to get my smile back. He knew my history and took the time to make plans for the future. Their website is very hypocritical! Very good experience! professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr Jones performed my full mouth extraction in two visits , had I known this procedure could be accomplished as efficiently and with minimal pain , I would have contacted him along time ago. Thank you Mr. Jones and staff.
