We moved to Virginia from Arizona 5 years ago. We rented an apartment at River Forest initially until we found a house. 5 years later we are still here! Our apartment home is spacious and comfortable and we have never felt the need to leave! The staff is always wonderful to deal with and maintenance is always speedy with any minor corrections that have ever had to be made. The location is perfect and the area is nice and safe! Couldn’t be happier
The new management went out of their way to right something the old management had not taken care of.
The staff here is rude and inconsiderate. They are afraid to handle problems. It's also pretty bad the staff rates it a 3star.
River Forest will scam you on your move out. Be very careful as they have several ways of extracting more money from you. Read your lease very carefully as there are hidden items that will cost you more than your rent. In addition, I can pretty much assure you that they will keep your deposit based on something they will say you did to the condition of the apartment.
