River Forest is a very nice place to live. No issues with my neighbors.
I love my apartment but there have been ongoing issues in my building. I've asked multiple times for the hallway to be power washed to no avail. The people above me constantly through plant debris off their balcony which lands on my patio. Which I have sent pictures of to the rental office yet it's still happening and clearly hasn't been addressed. I've been locked out of my garage for over a week with no response from maintenance. Where do I start..... I just moved here on 11/7/25 & oh what a travesty that was. I'm going to keep it simple DON'T COME HERE!! I just moved here and ready to leave. Once this one year is over with, I'm outta here!! It's a shame I had to clean my own apartment of cobwebs, dead bugs, spiders and dusty counter tops, a dity tub and water constantlyrunning in the toilet. .
