Property management and customer service department at these Apartments is terrible.. The trash dumpster piles up disgustingly bad to where there is a mountain of trash all over the place. They are also in the business of taking peoples deposits. I do not recommend these apartments at all. I have made three separate calls asking for documentation with a breakdown of my final bill here and have not received 1 call back or even an email with an explanantion and I have been gone… See more
RecommendedI had done some research before deciding to move to River Forest. Many places weren't offering the level of comfort for the price. It's quiet here, very peaceful. I work long hours so when I come home, I don't want to hear a bunch of noise. The grounds are immaculate; very happy to be here!
Love the quiet atmosphere and the amenities here.
Have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it!!! Staff and maintenance have always work to keep property up and running and are quick to respond!!!
I’ve been trying to call their leasing office since 11:30am and here it is 4:55pm and no answer from anyone. The machine keep saying that the system is having technical difficulties and to call back later. They were supposed to email me the portal to pay online a week ago and have not received it yet. Sent emails and no answer from anyone. Tell me something how do you expect a person to feel when things are not handled in a timely manner? At least give me a call if you know there is something wrong with your phone or compute... read more
We are so happy to be here.Wish we would have chose this place when we first moved to Chester last year.
Ive lived here since 2013. The front office staff is great and Lisa Hoover has gone out of her way multiple times to ensure that any questions or concerns i have had have been resolved. Thank You!!!!!!!
