Three stars because the property manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. She is not hands on with any of the residents and acts like she is above all of us it’s sad. If you walk in the office and she’s sitting there and can visibly see the other staff is extremely busy she’ll just sit there and ignore you. Moving into River Forest has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, we were assured that several issues would be resolved before move-in, yet that promise was not honored. During our initial walkthrough, we noted that the dishwasher did not work, the fan in the first bathroom was broken, and the freezer’s ice maker wasn’t hooked up. it’s okay, just okay. I wish they put more care into the appearance of the complex the actual buildings themselves is filthy and the stairs and etc need to be power washed. All the reviews are 100% accurate and they say they have two trash compactors but it’s definitely only ONE! I wish the trash was kept up with better it makes the community just look flat out nasty. They are sticklers about cars a guy that I see in the mornings got a sticker on his car about getting it towed because his inspection sticker was only ONE mont... read more
So far my experience has been great. Hannah has been very helpful and so has the youngman that works in the office.
