Dont pay for parking because they don't tow anyones car anyway. Answering service gets you nowhere. They prefer to deal with parking issues only in the morning so park where ever you please! If you don't get killed walking 2 buildings over in the dark after 48 hours of work carrying your bags, that is.
RecommendedBest place I could've picked to live in Amarillo on a tight budget! Rent is very affordable AND the apartments are nice. Very spacious one bedrooms with a ton of storage, and you can tell the apartments are recently refurbished. The staff is awesome- if you pay your rent on time, they will complete any maintenance requests extremely fast and help you in any way they can to make your life easier. I would have signed on long-term had I not left town, I miss it there!

This apartment complex has gone thru so many changes and updates, and they look great and are locally but professionally managed. If you litter, or have an dog your not supposed to have, yes you will get a fine..Rules are rules...Great job and keep it up!
*We have only been here less than a month but so far we have been very happy! The apartment is spacious and very nice! Quiet too! We hardly ever hear anyone! *They are doing more landscaping and I know that once it is finished, it will be beautiful (just wish it would hurry!). *They started construction on the parking lot a week after we paid for covered parking, and the staff was awesome about letting us use another parking spot until the work was finished. *I have even overheard someone trying to be rude with the lady at t... read more
