Always enjoyed eating there. I'm patiently waiting for it to open and share some of that delicious food and I specially love the desserts
The staff is friendly and the food is always well prepared and delicious.
I loved the chicken gumbo soup with a grilled cheese. I am from Huntsville Alabama and manage to eat at the diner every time I come visit my daughter in River Edge.
The River Edge Diner has been our standby, go-to place for many years now. It is a true NJ diner with an extensive menu 24 hours, 7-days a week. Through, blizzards and hurricanes they remain open and always welcoming. They are going through the 3rd renovation since we have been going there and they still never miss a beat. The food is always good and the service is what one expects in a NJ diner: efficient and not fawning. I hope they stay there for many more years. To us, it is an indispensable icon to our community.
