Always loved the cheese cake! And the hamburger deluxe.

It's beautiful!! Went to Nyack for dinner last night, it was twice the price and terrible. Had lunch here and the food was terrific not to mention that the staff are very friendly! This will be my dinner out "go to" from now on!

I loved the chicken gumbo soup with a grilled cheese. I am from Huntsville Alabama and manage to eat at the diner every time I come visit my daughter in River Edge.
The River Edge Diner has been our standby, go-to place for many years now. It is a true NJ diner with an extensive menu 24 hours, 7-days a week. Through, blizzards and hurricanes they remain open and always welcoming. They are going through the 3rd renovation since we have been going there and they still never miss a beat. The food is always good and the service is what one expects in a NJ diner: efficient and not fawning. I hope they stay there for many more years. To us, it is an indispensable icon to our community.
