I was hospitalized here when I was 13 and it was genuinely awful. Physically restrained a 3-5 year old boy to the point he was crying in pain. One of the nights I was here I was in crisis and the nurse or whatever seemed just annoyed with me that I wouldn’t go to sleep. They had kids in here for things like anger issues, mixed in with the kids who were struggling with their mental health, so the care yhat was provided was not tailored or helpful to me at all after my attempt. I been going since 2017. I have always had a pleasant experience.. my doctor is Dr. Dare.. I love her she is very understanding and she always makes sure I'm okay with everything before I leave.. even if I haven't been there for a while she remembers everything I talked to her about the last time I seen her. She's really listens to you and I appreciate her very very much.. I also want to thank Ms Glendoria from medical records because she always helpful and very patient with me every time I call her . Thank you so much.
An absolute joke of a program. My best friend is a disabled adult who is in their program and his case manager MENTALLY MANIPULATED AND ABUSED him AND manipulated him into giving her his car!!! The program managers name is Erica Parks and she has refused to help my friend in any form at all. Neither will his therapist. They are all WELL AWARE the woman took advantage of him as well as countless other clients but refuse to take responsibility or offer any financial compensation for his loss.
