Building a community of fiber artists one stitch at a time. We're a yarn shop located in Lakewood, Oh. We love to find the newest indie dyers and share them with you while still stocking our old-time favorites. Our goal is to offer a complete color palette when stocking good basic yarns. There is no perfect yarn, just the best yarn for the project and the crafter making it. The River Colors Studio staff love yarn (and needles and hooks and bags and spinning fiber) as much as you do and want to share our passion with you.

What a great yarn store gem! Visited the shop today for the first time and I was blown away by the quality of yarns, selection and overall impression of the store. The staff was very helpful and took the time to show me around the store, discussing different yarn types, etc. I am so excited to have found this store, I will definitely become a frequent visitor! Thank you ( I wish I knew the persons name who spent so much time today ) for making my first of many shopping trips an excellent one!!
Stopped in for my first time, my wonderful boyfriend took me for my Christmas gifts and i was amazed with the wonderful selections of both finger weight and bulky yarn. I cannot wait to crochet with the beautiful selections I made today. Definitely stopping in again :)
