I THINK TOTAL MAINTENANCE IS FULL OF IT. THEY REPLACED MY AC INSIDE AND OUT 3 1/2 YEARS AGO. WHEN THE SALESMAN SOLD THE DEAL I HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. OOPS HE FORGOT TO MENTION PARTS ONLY. WHATS GOOD IS A PARTS ONLY WARRANTY WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS LABOR IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM IN DOING HVAC WORK. GOOD JOB TMI I WILL CONTINUING DOING BUSINESS WITH U AFTER I SPEND ANOTHER GRAND FOR A SYSTEM I JUST SPENT 15K NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A BROKEN AC. NOT
TOTAL MAINTENANCE DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Bought a $14K zone control HVAC system for my house 5 years ago with an added 10 year parts & labor warranty from Total Maintenance. Just found out from their service manager "Steve O" that a stuck actuator is not covered under warranty. I gave him the part number to get me a repair quote. He called back to tell me that they don't make this part anymore and it will cost $104, plus around $125 labor (maybe more). I had already found the part on the Internet from SupplyHous... read more
