If you have to unexpectedly move out and have prepaid a month or more they will not refund the prepaid amount. I would caution anyone from using the multiple month payment option. I hope this kwarning prevents other customers from being taken advantage of. Good luck getting your deposit back also. Very disappointed with this company. I should of waited for Monroe Storage to have an opening.

we had a hard time finding any open units and at the last minute she helped us out and was willing to meet us right away. we originally got one small and one big unit but ended up not having enough room so she told us just to move stuff from small unit to big one close to our other one. once we left we thought she owed us fifty and come to find out she owed us eighty not to many people would be that honest and straight forward. loved my experience there and would definitely go back in future if ever needed. hands down best u... read more

Great people to work with!! Very nice storage units. When I needed one they were the first ones I looked at and i went with them. Very friendly people. Been there a couple times when the ground was pretty wet from melting snow and Matt brought me a nice plywood board to walk on. So happy to be a customer!!

Great people and great facilities! It's always easy to access the unit even when we get a lot of snow it's always plowed.
