Dr. Birmingham incorrectly diagnosed me with spondylitis and suggested I take an aggressive NSAID for the rest of my life! I’m thankful everyday I sought a second opinion.
This office made me realize that not all rheumatologists are built the same. My health issues have been addressed with so much kindness, compassion, and understanding. I had to wait 8 months to get in here, but I can tell you that the wait is well worth it and there is a reason there is such a long wait list! Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had with my healthcare. Very knowledgeable and I felt heard and I felt compassion in my appointment. Couldn’t recommend Dr Birmingham more!
The actual Dr's are incredible, but the staff make the experience pretty awful. Nothing is easy with this office. I voiced my concerns & was met with excuses. Nothing has gotten better. Really disappointing.
