This place has good employees and service but there's not always an orthotist at the clinic which in my opinion is poor customer service
Very unprofessional technician. Refused to follow the doctor’s orders. She utilized the “playing stupid” tactics for her unprofessional mediocre performance. She deliberately failed at each attempt making the process ongoing for months and months. It’s the common tactic of bullying because the technician can’t be professional at her job. The VA should send veterans to another facility.
Very Professional/Understanding
Bryce has been absolutely amazing! I have had to make multiple visits for revisions to my orthotics. He has been tremendously patient, flexible, and innovative in working with me. Highly recommend he and the entire staff for their professionalism and dedication.
