Apartments are very nice and have lots of space..Plenty of parking!pool is great in summer..THE MANAGER IS WONDERFUL..and the grounds staff is great as well.i absolutly love my apartment

I had a wonderful experience touring River City North! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly felt like home. The grounds and common areas were clean, and maintenance staff was very professional during my visit. Elderly and disabled the heat stop working for a week maintenance came in a changed the thermostat and and it still would not run and stay on they called a professional they only argue with me and gave me a lesson on how to read and operate a thermostat I am almost 70 and lived in many places with thermostat. They left and it still did not work.this is the same place that didn't replace my stove. The same place that lost my rent check and wanted me to just write another check.
