Lived here for almost 4 years When we moved in about 4yrs ago, they had just gotten a new manager. We loved living here for the first 3yrs. We have been growing mold on our ceiling aren't the A/C vents. I call & complain about it & they just spray mildew killer on it & THEN it just grows back! The maintenance men treat me like an incompetent fool, and I know exactly what I'm talking about. Very Pleasant Agent! A couple of friends and I were apartment shopping in the area. Upon opening the door we were greeted by a nice agent named Omega. She showed us the artment of choice, and provide great tips about the apartments layout. She made it seem like we already lived here! We weren't rushed or pressured to do any deposits or other paperwork. Awesome experience!
could be nice but Decent place, but they charge a community fee to keep up the pool, but every non-resident within 2 miles just drive in and abuse the pool, the chairs get destroyed and they use it free. I guess we pay for the neighboring community
Pooooooor Don't bother to apply. They don't even speak to you when you walk in the office. Nasty attitude. They have had complaints against them before for discrimination. Although it's not admitted, there is an obvious percentage of drug deals or use within the complex. It's apartment corridor living, so if you want any privacy or peace, this isn't the place. Always noisy and dirty grounds, as well as the "lake". They sneak in weeks on your lease if you renew, without telling you or discussing the matter. So the half of the... read more
River City Landing This is a great Apartment its right across from J.U. it's not far from Downtown Jacksonville. Your only 20 Minutes from The best Beach's in Florida. It also has 2 Pools and a Lake to do some Fishing and above all the Staff here makes you feel right a Home.
