Solid experience Moved in here recently and so far it's been great! My apartment smells fresh, great amenities for my boy and the staff was very attentive! My unit took a few more days to be ready, but in overall a solid experience!

Very good experience I've been here for about 5 months now, and it's been a solid experience. The location is handy and whenever something needs to be fixed in my place, they sort it out fast. The team is great, they're always friendly and helpful!

I love it I moved in to the Lakeside Nest 3 months ago with my family. It is a peaceful community and my kids love the basketball court. The complex has also plenty of parking. Management team has treated me very well so I am happy to recommend it to other people.
TERRIBLE PROPERTY I hate living here! I was left without a refrigerator for 4 months! And they didn’t discount the rent or provide any reimbursement or even an apology! When they did replace the refrigerator they brought in one that was cracked and there was mold inside and it took another MONTH for them to give me an actual refrigerator I could use. There has been water coming out of my ceiling for 3 days and every time I call they are “sending someone” yet no one has came! The apartment was covered in dog hair when I moved... read more

Photos are Deceiving Those photos are not what you think. I've only lived here for 2 months and we have had problems since we moved in. Our unit was not properly cleaned before our move in. Electrical issues and the staff ignorance at its best. Would not recommend anyone to live here.
These Pictures are touched up, it does NOT look like this! The pictures are touched up and totally misleading! This place does not look AT ALL like this. Roofs are leaking, plumbing is leaking, soffits and gutters are falling down. NO WORKING LAUNDRY FACILITY, pools have been closed since BEFORE THE PANDEMIC. Worst customer service I’ve literally tried calling these people five times today, not only do they not answer the phones but apparently after the last try they answer and purposely hang up in your face. Keep in mind, I’ve been looking into these apartments for over a year, and it seems very hard to even get a hold of anybody in the office which is kind of upsetting and enough to tell me maybe this isn’t a place I’d like to live. Poor service overall, not a surprise though.
