Very reasonable price and Crystal did an excellent job assessing what was needed and informing me of all my options. I was promised my ring back in 4 days, but then was called later that same day and it was done. The staff knew I was worried about my ring and they found the time to get it done and back to me. I greatly appreciate the care and quality of their work.

I learned so much about pearls, cameos, chocolate diamonds (especially luscious in pink gold), Labradorite and Newfoundland moonstones, and tourmaline in one evening when the staff hosted my friends and me.
