We just recently had to shop around for new home and auto insurance due to an increased rate, and we ended up going through River City. Brooke was extremely helpful in this process. She was prompt, thorough, and got us new coverage with a great rate!

Carey was great to work with in updating our auto and boat policies. We were able to do everything remotely over the phone or via email. Then at last minute we added a side-by-side to the auto policy and Carey turned it around in less than 24 hours. Really appreciated her promptness, and communication throughout, which is not something we had with our previous agency!
