I went for my first experience at a Chiropractor this week. It was a really great experience. From Violet the Massage Therapist that handled my exams, to Dr. Sheppard who did my adjustments. They did a great job at explaining everything as we went along. I learned so much about the value of chiropractic care. I will definitely be making this a part of my regular health care routine. Also it felt AMAZING!! Reasonable Co Pay and accepts FSA.
My friend Mackenzie does Thai bodywork and she recommended Dr. Sheppard and his crew at River City Chiro, and I couldn’t be happier. Hunter and the woman upfront are really sweet, professional, and I feel that they respect my time. Dr. Sheppard is super down to earth and makes you feel comfortable with him right away. This was my first chiropractic experience and I feared it would be terrifying or painful. In fact, it was anything but! Dr. Shepard and his team have created a relaxed, welcoming environment that also manages to feel safe and professional. After my first visit, I left feeling relaxed and able to move in ways that I have not been able to move in years.
This is a great practice with wonderful staff...I highly recommended them for chiropractic, massage and physical therapies...They have helped me improve my range of motion and overall health and fitness.

I Been going through this neck and shoulder pain since last few years and after my very first visit Yesterday i felt much better and had good sleep after while :) I highly recommend this place !!!! I had been experiencing really bad pain in my ribs, back, and stomach with no idea what I had done to cause it. I only knew that anything physical seemed to aggravate the pain and even breathing normal was difficult. I decided to call River City and not only were they able to schedule my appointment same day but after my adjustment I felt like a brand new person! Dr. Shepherd is the absolute best and I will be going back to see him for as long as he continues work in chiropractic!
